Kindness, compassion and dignity

Regulations met

We spoke with 1 patient and received written feedback from 2 other patients. Patients told us that they were happy at the practice and praised the friendly, helpful staff.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous and considerate. We were told, “Staff always patient, polite and professional and (Dentist) is always prepared to listen and help alleviate any anxiety.”

Patients felt they were treated as individuals and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

The practice did not undertake patient satisfaction surveys. There was a suggestions box in the waiting room but we were told that they received limited feedback. The practice did not respond to online reviews.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles and their wellbeing was supported.
