Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.
Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.
Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion. We were told, “Very friendly and informative. Very understanding with my daughter who is autistic. Very pleased with service today,” and “Polite and courteous. Staff were pleasant and supportive.”
Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.
Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.
We looked at a sample of results from the friends and family test. In August 2025, 6 patients responded, all were extremely likely to recommend the practice to friends and family. Comments included, “The team are very supportive and helpful,” and “My teeth are now straight. Fabulous service and great results.” The results of these surveys are shared with staff.
People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality. Reception staff wore microphone/headphone sets to try and maintain privacy whilst talking to patients over the phone.
