During a routine inspection

When we visited the practice, people using the service were unable to directly speak with us. However, it was noted that a recent Primary Care Trust (PCT) patient satisfaction survey at the practice and quarterly reviews of patient feedback showed a high rate of satisfaction amongst people who use the services.
