During a routine inspection
We spoke with five people during our visit who were attending for treatment. All of them told us that they were very satisfied with the service. One person told us 'I've been coming here over twenty years and that speaks for itself'.
People told us that their views and experiences were taken into account in the way the service was provided and delivered in relation to their care.
We looked at the results of a recent survey conducted by the practice. These results showed high levels of satisfaction with the service.
We saw that staff had received recent training in appropriate areas including safeguarding. Staff we spoke to had a good understanding of how to recognise different types of abuse and their safeguarding responsibilities. People we spoke with told us that they felt safe and secure.
The practice was clean and tidy, well lit and comfortably furnished. The practice was following the latest recommended guidance on infection control.
We saw that the practice had a robust record audit system and that records were accurate and up to date.
