During a routine inspection
During our discussions with patients we consistently received positive feedback. They told us they were happy with the care and support shown to them during the course of their treatment.
Comments from patients included:
'All my family come here. I like it because they (the staff) are really good with the kids.'
'They (the staff) put you at ease and make you feel comfortable. They are all very nice.'
'All the staff are always very professional. I have no concerns. I wouldn't have been coming here for 40 years if I wasn't happy.'
'When I am having treatment the dentist tells me to raise my hand if I want him to stop at any time, so I can have a breather, which is reassuring.'
