During a routine inspection
All of the people that we spoke with told us they were well looked after at the dental surgery. They also told us that they had been registered at the surgery for several years and had a high level of confidence in the dentist. Two people told us that the dentist had been recommended to them by family and friends and one person commented 'all my family are now registered here, we wouldn't want to go anywhere else now'.
People's comments included 'I have been coming here for years, he is a very good dentist' another person said 'I had a lot of dental problems before coming here and because I have had the right treatment here my problems have stabilised. The dentist took time to explain everything to me and advised me what I could do to help prevent further problems'.
All of the people we spoke with told us that they were happy with the service provided by the staff at the dental surgery and knew how to make a complaint should they need to do so.
