During a routine inspection

We spoke privately with four people who were attending the practice for check ups or treatment. All four people told us they were 'Very happy' with all aspects of the service. They told us that staff were 'Friendly and polite and sympathetic if unwell' and 'on the whole very good.' People told us that staff were 'Approachable and amenable and always smiling and professional.' Everyone commented on the cleanliness of the practice. They said they regularly saw staff making sure that the surgery was clean, tidy and hygienic.
