During a routine inspection

During the inspection we spoke with patients who told us they had been coming to the dental practice for many years. They spoke very highly of the service and of the people working at the practice. They said staff were professional and very patient. One person said, 'I am very happy with the service; I wouldn't come back if I wasn't.' Another person said, 'Reminders for appointments are sent out and the dentist is good at putting you at ease.'

Patients that used the practice told us that they were happy with the service provided. They felt they were given enough information about their treatment options and were able to ask all the questions they wanted. They found the staff to be friendly and said they were treated with respect and their privacy was maintained. They told us they did not have to wait long for an appointment.
