Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

We reviewed patient feedback from a number of sources, including correspondence with the practice and on-line feedback. Comments were largely positive. Patients commented that staff were welcoming and supportive, especially when needing to be seen quickly.

Patients commented that staff were professional and considerate.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff told us they felt respected, and that their wellbeing was supported. Our observations on the day of inspection suggested that the practice needed greater support and oversight from senior leaders.
