During a routine inspection

On the day of our visit we spoke to one patient who told us that the dentist always gives them a full explanation of what they are doing and if they need treatment they always explain the costs involved, and the various options. The patient said that they felt involved in their dental care. We reviewed patient satisfaction feedback surveys and we found that there had been no concerns raised about care and treatment within the practice.
