During a routine inspection

All the patients we spoke with told us that they were satisfied with the level and quality of services being provided by dentist and staff. They told us dentist listened to them and talked through treatment options and costs. One patient told us 'best dentist, I have been too actually and I will recommend to others'. Another patient said that the 'nurses were polite and understanding'.

We found that patients understood the care and treatment choices available to them. Patient's health care needs were assessed and treatment was delivered in line with their individual treatment plan. People were cared for in a clean, hygienic environment. There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. The provider had completed appropriate recruitment checks for majority of staff. The provider had an effective system in place to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that patients received.
