During a routine inspection
They were very complimentary about their treatment, the kindness and attitude of the staff and the cleanliness of the practice. Some of the comments were:
'Excellent care and treatment'.
'Considerate and friendly'.
'I was given good understandable information'.
'The dentist explained in very good detail what she was going to do'.
'It is extremely clean'.
