During a routine inspection
We also contacted people who use the service and their representatives to ask about the care that they receive and staff that work for the agency.
People who use the service were positive about the care they received with comments made such as 'very satisfied' and 'really, really good, the workers are fantastic.' Staff who work for the agency also felt supported in their work and that if any issues arose they could talk to their managers.
The agency are able to offer continuity and consistency of care by making sure that the number of staff going into someone's home is limited. This helps people who use the service to feel that their dignity is maintained. One person said to us, 'I don't think they have ever been late and we always know who is coming.'
We would like to thank everyone involved in this inspection for their time and co-operation.
