During a routine inspection

People told us they were happy with the service they were provided with, that they were able to get an appointment when they needed to and that the surgery was good at keeping to appointment times. People told us that they felt listened to and that staff had time to answer questions. People told us that they felt properly informed about their treatments and treatment options. We were told, 'People are very polite to me, they're very accommodating'. Another person told us, 'I've been coming here for years, I'm very happy with the service'.
