Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must not provide personal care in a specialist service to people whose presenting need for assessment or treatment is as a direct result of the person’s learning disability and or autism at or from Wiltshire Base.

The registered provider must ensure that the regulated activity personal care is managed by an individual who is registered as a manager in respect of that activity at or from Wiltshire Base.
