During an inspection looking at part of the service

People told us they enjoyed living at the service and that it was 'very good'. They told us they enjoyed their meals and a relative also said the food was good.

People we spoke with did not raise any concerns about their care and a relative told us the service was 'friendly'.

During a routine inspection

One person told us they had been involved in discussions about their care needs and personal preferences. They said that staff respected their privacy, for instance by knocking on their bedroom door before entering. This person told us their needs were met at the home. They said the staff were 'very good ' I only have to ask'. They said that staff were always available when needed.

One person told us the meals at the home were 'alright' and that they always had enough to eat. Another person told us they had enjoyed their lunch.
