During a routine inspection

The people living in Treetops were unable to communicate clearly and were not able to tell us about the quality of care they receive. However, we could see that they appeared well cared for and the atmosphere of the home was calm during our visit. One person did tell us that the they liked living at the home and that the staff were good.
