The registered provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at Beech Tree House.

The registered provider must only accommodate a maximum of 31 service users at Beech Tree House.

The registered provider must not provide Accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care in a specialist service to people whose presenting need for care or support is as a direct result of the person’s learning disability and or autism at or from Beech Tree House.
