During a routine inspection

People told us that someone from the agency had visited them before the service commenced. They said they were treated with dignity and their privacy was respected by staff. People told us that they had the help that they needed. People said that the staff were very kind and helpful.

People's comments included 'there was always continuity of care and the carers arrived on schedule'; 'unfailingly good humoured and supportive to both client and family' and 'I have been very impressed with the agency, both with the carers and the service supervisor'.
