We spoke with two staff who told us about the quality checking and safety measures at the service to ensure a high quality and safe service. We saw that the service had effective audit systems to monitor cleanliness and safety. We found that staff were well trained, experienced and had the skills required to provide effective and safe care.

We spoke with four people to find out what it was like attending the service. People told us they were happy with the service. One person told us they always had their plan of treatment fully explained and that they were very confident in attending the service. Two people told us they had been attending for over 30 years. Two other people said they travelled more than 15 miles from another town as they had confidence in the dentist. All people told us they would recommend the service to family and friends.
