During a routine inspection
"Excellent care and service".
"I always receive the best preventative care and treatment, many thanks to the dentists and the staff".
"I travel 25 miles to come to Pearsons and have no intention of changing my dentist".
We saw that the practice was able to care for patients with special needs. They had provision for patients with disabilities. We had evidence to show that the staff team were aware of the need to safeguard vulnerable patients from harm.
We checked the arrangements for infection control and cleaning of instruments and found these were appropriate.
All the staff had good levels of training in areas such as clinical practice, safeguarding, and infection control and the staff kept their professional development up to date.
