Our view of the service

We assessed The Bridges from Tuesday 10 to Monday 30 June 2025.

We assessed the service as it has previously been unrated and moved to a new address in August 2023.

The Bridges was registered with CQC, at the new address, in August 2023 to deliver the regulated activities: Accommodation for persons who require treatment for substance misuse. The Registered Manager for another location within The Forward Trust, was in the process of adding The Bridges to their registration.

At this assessment we assessed 1 assessment service group; Residential Substance Misuse Service.

We rated the service as Good. We found no breaches of regulations.
