During a routine inspection

We were not able to talk to any people who use the service on the day we visited but the practice undertook patient satisfaction surveys on a regular basis. The specific comments in this report have come from the most recent patient surveys.

Comments on the satisfaction survey included; 'Lovely welcome on reception.'

'Relaxed atmosphere.'

'Gentle friendly treatment.'

'Pleasant atmosphere and facilities.'

'In an emergency I can get to see a dentist quickly.'

'I would recommend this practice.'

'Excellent customer service.'

'They are very aware of my fear of dentists.'

'You cannot improve on the patient experience here'

'They know me and are friendly and helpful'
