During a routine inspection
We spoke with four people who used this agency's services. Each person confirmed that the agency was reliable and had consistently provided a good standard of care. The 'live-in' care workers were described by one person as "friendly and conscientious". Another person said the manager was "always helpful" and could be relied upon to deal with any queries "promptly and efficiently".
