During a routine inspection
People told us they were 'happy' with the care and treatment they received at the practice. They told us the staff were always respectful, and during their treatment they never felt rushed. When we asked if it was a good service they all said 'yes'.
We found people received care and treatment in a clean environment which had infection control measures in place to minimise the risk of infection. People we spoke with told us the surgeries and receptions were always clean and tidy. All told us they were very impressed with the recent refurbishment of the service.
People were asked for their views about their care and treatment and were informed of how to raise any concerns or complaints.
