During a routine inspection
People told us they had a care plan which was kept in the office but was always available if required. They said staff supported them to live a life of their choice and be as independent as possible.
People said they liked the staff and said staff worked with them to ensure they were able to speak their minds about how the home was run.
People told us they knew about the complaints procedure and what action to take if they had a concern.
