During a routine inspection
People we spoke to told us they were involved in the decisions made about their care. They said they had been involved in the review of their care plan and had agreed to any changes made. They told us that they had no concerns or worries about the care they received. They said that they were kept fully informed and could approach staff if they were worried or concerned.
People told us that they were not happy with the choice and taste of meals provided at Mulberry House. They also told us that they were unhappy with the standard of cleanliness in the home and felt that this could improve. People told us that they wanted to see more of the manager and staff to have more time with them.
