During an inspection in response to concerns

People told us they were happy with some of the services they receive, but not with others. For example, people said their privacy and dignity were respected and one person told us she had taken part in a care plan review, but we were also told about a bathroom being left untidy after assisting someone with a bath and of some incidents where people had not felt safe with carers, and people had not seen carers identification badges when coming to their home.

People who use the service told us they felt the training of new staff before they go out in the field is an issue. One person told us, 'someone has got to make sure staff understand the training they are going to put into practice.'
