During a routine inspection

The people we spoke to who were able to say told us that their needs were being met by the staff members and that they did not have any concerns. We received some direct comments including:

'The staff members are very nice'.

'The staff are champion'.

The staff members we spoke to confirmed that they were now receiving regular training and that this had improved considerably since Kingsley Healthcare took over.
