Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must not provide accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care in a specialist service to people whose presenting need for assessment or treatment is as a direct result of the person’s learning disability and or autism at or from Greenfield View Care Home.

The registered provider must ensure that the regulated activity accommodation for persons requiring nursing or personal care is managed by an individual who is registered as a manager in respect of that activity at or from Greenfield View Care Home.

The registered provider must only accommodate a maximum of 30 service users at Greenfield View Care Home.
