People praised their care workers and told us they were generally happy with the service. Their comments included, 'They've adapted and made improvements'; 'We couldn't manage without them'; and, 'The carers are kind and patient'.
They told us that generally their care and support needs were met. One person described receiving 'an excellent service'. Another person and their relative told us they had experienced difficulties due to the number of different workers who visited. They said, 'We just want to be settled, to have a small team of workers that are familiar with the care and routines', and, 'We're reasonably satisfied with the service but they need to stop making so many changes to the care workers'.
