Date of Assessment: 3 March to 31 March 2026. Dynamic Homecare Services Limited is a domiciliary care service providing personal care and support to people living in their own homes. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of the inspection the service was providing personal care to 14 people.
This is the first inspection of this service which registered with the CQC on 31 May 2023. This was a planned inspection to rate the service.
Risks to people’s health, safety and wellbeing were effectively managed. Staff safeguarded people from abuse. Medicines were administered safely. Staff protected people from the risk of spreading infections. Outcomes of accidents, incidents and complaints were used as learning opportunities. Staff were recruited safely and there were enough staff employed to meet people’s needs.
Staff delivered personalised care and support based on people’s assessed needs and preferences. People’s care plans were person-centred and regularly reviewed. Staff worked with other professionals to ensure people received effective care.
Staff promoted people’s independence and respected their privacy and dignity. People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives and staff supported them in the least restrictive way possible. The policies and systems in the service supported this practice.
The registered manager promoted an open, honest culture and was approachable. Staff had a clear understanding about their roles and spoke highly about management. Feedback was regularly sought and valued. Systems were in place to effectively monitor and develop standards at the service. Management promoted continuous service development and improvement.
