During a routine inspection
These are some of the things they said:
"The carers we have are, on the whole, very good"
"If we had a good office staff things would run smoother, I get a recorded message when I ring in office hours and they don't get back to me"
"They do alright for us, we are happy with the care"
"Carers are kind"
