During a routine inspection

When we visited the agency there was only one person using the service. Due to their needs we were unable to gain their views about the standards of care/support being provided by the agency. However the manager informed us that they had regular contact with the person's relatives and they were happy with the service.

During a routine inspection

Presently there is only one person using the service. Due to their needs we were unable to gain feedback from them about all the outcomes we have covered in this report. However they told us they were happy with the support they were receiving. We also saw written evidence that the person was satisfied with the services being offered by the agency.
