During a routine inspection

MASTA Travel Clinic - Nottingham was not open to the public on the day we inspected. Therefore we were unable to gain any direct feedback from people who used the service. MASTA Limited had a client satisfaction survey that they asked every client to complete. Results for 2010/11 showed that clients were satisfied with their consultation and felt they had the chance to ask questions, were satisfied with levels of privacy and had clear explanation of their tests and results at MASTA Travel Clinic ' Nottingham.

The client satisfaction survey also showed clients felt that MASTA Travel Clinic ' Nottingham had cared for their health and well being. And that people were receiving information that was relevant and useful to them and that they had additional questions about their vaccinations explained.
