During a routine inspection

During the inspection we spoke with three people. They told us that they felt safe, well cared for and supported in what they wanted to do. One person told us 'I am happy with my care.' People we spoke with said they had choices about their activities. One person told us 'We have choice in what we want to do' and another said 'We go shopping and they help me buy new clothes.' We found that staff were knowledgeable, well trained and treated people with respect. People were encouraged to be independent. They were supported to perform daily tasks such as cooking and undertaking voluntary work within the community.
