During a routine inspection
We found that people experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs and protected their rights.
The environment was clean and hygienic.
Staff told us that they were well trained and felt they had been provided with the appropriate support in order to do their job effectively.
The clinic had systems in place to investigate and respond to complaints.
