Family members particularly appreciated the relationship they had with the provider. One reported, 'Sian (the owner and manager) is easy to get hold of and I can just text her if needed. She is extremely accessible and approachable and makes regular visits to me to discuss my daughter's care'.

We spoke with a nurse who was part of Addenbrookes' hospital's complex cases team who told us, 'We're very happy with Taylored Care, their carers are highly skilled and trained. We give them all our difficult care packages as we know they can handle them'.

Staff we spoke with clearly enjoyed their job and told us they felt well supported in their work. One stated, 'They are by far the best company I have ever worked for', another stated, 'Working for Sian is like a breath of fresh air'.

We found that the provider was compliant in all outcome areas we assessed. It was quite clear from all the people we spoke with and the evidence we assessed that this was a well-managed, reliable and high quality service.

Relatives told us the agency's staff were reliable, skilled and caring. One relative commented, 'They have top quality carers who are extremely good and have never let me down'. Another relative told us, 'We've had the same small group of carers for nearly three years now and they have never missed a visit'.

One nurse who worked for the continuing care team at a local hospital told us, 'I can't fault them, their record keeping is excellent and we're always kept abreast of any changes in people's needs. I just wish all the agencies were like that'

All evidence suggested that this was a well managed agency which provided well trained and experienced staff to meet people's needs. We found the provider was fully compliant in all the areas we assessed.
