During an inspection in response to concerns

We were unable to fully understand the methods of communication used by individuals living at the home. However, we observed interaction between people who lived and worked at the home so we will include our observations in this report.

Since the last published report, October 2011, we had been informed by the Local Authority of concerns regarding the care of people at other care homes owned by Atlas Project Team Limited in Devon and Berkshire. As a result of these concerns we carried out a responsive review including a further visit, the results of which we have included in this report.
