We did not receive any comments from people using the service, however from our observations we saw that people were being treated in a way that protected and respected their dignity.

During an inspection in response to concerns

People with whom we spoke told us that their personal care needs were always met.They also told us that over the past two weeks one of the home's two bathrooms had been out of action due to a broken bath chair. A number of people told us that because of this they had not had a bath for a week or two, although all confirmed that they had been supported by staff to have a wash daily. Some people with whom we spoke told us that they do not like having baths and that they prefer a full body showe, which they were unable to have because the home does not have a wet room facility.
