People using the service were not available to speak to on the day of our visit as they were out with their care workers or were in their own homes.

During an inspection in response to concerns

Overall people told us that they were not happy with the care, treatment and support being given by Independent Pathways. People acting on service user's behalf, and service users all expressed concerns about the current care being delivered. We were told that people are not involved in the deciding of care arrangements, people were not being given medication safely and were not having their care needs met by the service.
