Care plans addressed people's individual needs, were detailed, reviewed and updated regularly. People told us they felt safe and they had no concerns about the care and support they received ''they meet my needs well, I have no complaints.'' ''It is as good as home in here.'' They said they found the staff and management approachable and knew who to speak with if they had any concerns. They told us they found the staff to be caring and polite.
