This was the first assessment of the service since registration on 15 March 2023.

Securecare (UK) Limited provides care and support to people living in their own homes. Not everyone using Securecare (UK) Limited received a CQC regulated activity; CQC only inspects the service being received by people provided within the definition of ‘personal care’; such as help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where we do, we also take into account any wider social care provided.

This assessment was carried out with a site visit to the office location on 26 May 2026.

The service implemented robust systems to ensure people were safeguarded from abuse and completed risk assessment to safely manage identified risks The service recruited staff safely, ensuring they completed mandatory training. The service completed pre-assessment systems to ensure people were able to get the support they needed.

Staff were caring and had a positive relationship with people. People’s privacy and dignity was respected.

The provider maintained management oversight through active quality assurance systems and regularly gathered feedback on care from both people and their relatives.

However, some improvements were required with ensuring care plans were accurate and based on people’s support needs.

People told us they were safe when receiving support from staff. A person told us, “I like them [staff] and feel safe.”

People told us that staff were caring and kind and people had a positive relationship with them. A person told us, “They are caring and kind to me. I have a good relationship with them. I get along with everyone.

People were positive about the support they received. A person told us, “They know me well and know how to support me.”

People told us they were independent and staff respected this. A person told us, “I am very independent and they [staff] respect my choices, privacy and dignity.”

We received positive feedback about the service. A person told us, “I think it is going very well, it is a good service.”
