The practice requested ongoing patient feedback and encouraged online reviews.

Overall, patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. We were informed that any suggestions made would be reviewed and addressed as appropriate. We also noted that the practice responded to all online feedback and where concerns were raised they advised the individuals to contact the practice directly.

We were shown comment cards from March and April 2025, of those patients that responded, 93% rated the service either very good or good. Comments included: “Great dentist and friendly staff”, “5*, “always very accommodating and professional in their approach to patients”, “good thorough exam and good advice given, thanks”, Very friendly staff they will always help you make the right decision about your treatment”, “excellent staff and service”.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles. Leaders described how they supported the wellbeing of staff.

The practice had installed closed-circuit television (CCTV) to improve security for patients and staff. We reviewed the protocols and policies available and found the templates had not been adjusted to reflect the current arrangements at the practice.
