During an inspection in response to concerns

We observed that four people were sitting in the lounge with one member of staff whilst they were lone working. The staff member was chatting with people and one person was playing a game. The other person was sitting in their own flat which did not provide a well maintained and homely environment. This person was keen to talk with us and told us they were generally happy but would like the opportunity to go out more.
