During an inspection in response to concerns

Most of the people we spoke to told us that they were happy living at Jeannette Lodge and that the staff were kind, gentle and friendly. They said that they liked the food and were given plenty to eat and drink. They said that they like more activities but that staff were often too busy to organise these or even to just chat. Some people said they thought there should be more staff on each shift. Some people with failing mental capacity were seen to be very anxious and unsettled, especially when staff did not have time to give them any attention.
