Our view of the service

Date of Assessment: 25 of September to 16 October 2025. 7 Valleys Healthcare is a domiciliary care agency providing personal care to people living in their own homes. CQC only inspects where people are receiving the regulated activity personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. At the time of this inspection 7 people were receiving support with personal care. This was the first inspection of the service, and we looked at all quality statements.

We found that people were supported by staff who knew them well. People’s care plans and initial assessments of care were detailed and kept under constant review. The service worked with people and their relatives to make sure the care that was delivered was in line with people’s preferences. Staff received training that was relevant to their roles and staff told us they felt this training gave them the confidence to complete their jobs to a high standard.

There was a stable staff team at the service and people had continuity in care from a small team of staff. Staff were passionate about their roles and told us they enjoyed their jobs. Staff felt supported by leadership at the service. The service worked with health and social professionals and shared information appropriately, where people needed help to access services, this was provided.

Governance at the service was robust. Records were continually reviewed and updated. Staff practice was frequently observed and findings from this were used to both support improvement and celebrate positive practice. The registered manager was in regular contact with people who used the service to ensure they were happy with the support they received.
