During a routine inspection

Comments from people using the service were positive, with indication that staff were kind and helpful in meeting their care needs. People were observed to be treated with respect by staff and to have their privacy and dignity respected. People we spoke with told us that they were very happy with the care that they received with one saying 'the staff are excellent' and another 'I am really happy to be here, it couldn't be better'.

During a routine inspection

All of the people who currently live in this home appeared to be happy and looked well cared for. They feel that that they are being treated with respect and that their right to privacy is being maintained. The home is able to demonstrate that the range of needs presented by people using the service is being appropriately met. We did not receive any negative comment about the home from the people.

The home is clean and tidy and appropriate measures are in place to help with infection control.
