Inspired Care 4All Ltd is a domiciliary care agency that provides care to older people, younger adults, people living with dementia, mental health needs, physical disabilities and sensory impairments, within their own homes. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) only inspects where people received personal care. This is help with tasks relation to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of our assessment there were 13 people receiving personal care.

The assessment was the provider’s first rated assessment and was prompted by a review of information we held about the provider.

People using the service and their families consistently reported feeling safe and well supported by regular carers.Staff ensured people had choice and control and consented to their care.

Staff treated people with respect and kindness, upholding their privacy and dignity. Care and support maximised people’s choice, control and independence. Staff worked in partnership with people, families and professionals to plan and deliver care tailored to people's individual needs and preferences.
