During a routine inspection

At the time of our visit only one of the people using the service was at home. They told us that they felt well treated. They said that they had been involved in writing their care and support plans. They told us that the home gave them good information and that meetings had taken place where they discussed how the home was being run.

The person who uses the service told us that staff always listened to them. They said that they were regularly asked about their care. They told us that they felt safe living in 12 Marine Approach. They said that the staff treated them very well and they appeared relaxed and happy in the company of staff.

The person using the service showed us their room and told us that they were very happy with it. They said that their room contained everything that they needed. They told us that the home was kept nice and clean and that they helped to keep it that way.

The person who uses the service told us that they liked the staff and that they were good at their job. They said that regular meetings had been held where they had discussed how the home was run.
